Privacy Policy

Quantum Cube is a product of Quantum Neuro Creations (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company (registration number 2019/559151/07). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the app.
Information we collect
Account information: Your email address, first name, last name, and date of birth. These are required to create your reading and to deliver it to you.
Payment information: Your payment is processed by Dodo Payments, Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. We do not receive, see, or store your card number, banking details, or any payment credentials. Dodo Payments' Privacy Policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Marketing consent: If you opt in, we record that you have given consent to receive occasional product updates. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Technical data: Standard web server logs (IP address, user-agent, request time) generated by our hosting and CDN providers for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your information
- To generate your personalised numerology, astrology, and zodiac reading
- To authenticate your account via magic-link email sign-in
- To deliver your purchased content to you and maintain lifetime access
- To send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, important account notices)
- To send occasional marketing communications, only if you have opted in
- To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents
Where your data is stored
Account data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany on infrastructure operated by Supabase Inc., our database provider. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We chose the European Union for storage because it provides a strong data protection framework recognised under POPIA.
Service providers
We use the following service providers to operate Quantum Cube. Each is governed by its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — database and authentication provider (Frankfurt region)
- Dodo Payments, Inc. — payment processing and Merchant of Record
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- ElevenLabs — voice narration generation (no personal information is sent)
- PostHog — product analytics (EU region). Collects anonymised usage events such as feature interactions and session metadata. No personally identifiable information is intentionally sent.
- Sentry — error monitoring and crash reporting (EU region). Collects technical error data including stack traces and device context. No passwords or payment details are included.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, TLS, and denial-of-service protection
- GitHub — static file hosting via GitHub Pages
- Google Fonts — web fonts
Your data rights
You can download a copy of all account data we hold about you, or permanently delete your account, at any time from the Settings screen inside the Quantum Cube app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — we remove your authentication record and your profile row, including unlock status and marketing preference. Reading content is generated from your inputs at runtime and is not stored, so nothing else remains.
You may also email privacy@qncacademy.com if you prefer to make a request by email rather than through the app.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@qncacademy.com.
Cookies and tracking
Quantum Cube does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking. Your browser stores a small amount of local data to remember that you are signed in and to cache audio assets for offline use. This data stays on your device.
Children
Quantum Cube is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If a change is significant, we will notify account holders at their registered email address before it takes effect.
